Orlando Magic Vs. Golden State Warriors Ticket Sweepstakes Official Rules

Eligibility:

This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees, agents, and representatives of Verizon and Total Wireless, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and any other companies or organizations associated with the sweepstakes, including event venue operators, are not eligible to participate.
Participants must be present at their local Total Wireless store to enter on-site.

2. How to Enter:

To enter the sweepstakes, participants must scan the QR code displayed in the Total Wireless store and enter first name, last name, and email. Participants must click “submit” on the entry form to complete the enter to win process.
Entries must be submitted between 8:00a.m. on 2/12/2025 and 11:59p.m. on 2/22/2025.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Prize:

There will be (4) winners selected, each winner will receive (2) tickets to the Orlando Magic vs. Golden State Warriors game on February 27, 2025, at the Orlando, FL Kia Center. Approximate retail value (ARV) is $2856.
Tickets are valid only for the event stated and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or sold for cash or any other prize.
Prize includes event entry only and does not include transportation or any other expenses not specifically mentioned.

4. Drawing and Notification:

The sweepstakes winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by REVA on the corresponding date of the Total Wireless store event and sweepstakes selection date identified.
Selection date(s) are as follows:
- February 22, 2025
- February 24, 2025
The winner will be notified by email within [1] days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within [2] days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected.
The winner’s name may be announced at the event, on a live radio broadcast, or on Verizon’s social media channels.

5. General Conditions:

By entering, participants agree to abide by all terms and conditions and decisions of the sweepstakes organizers, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.
The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Verizon, Total Wireless, and its agents are not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
Verizon, Total Wireless, and its agents reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes at any time without notice if any fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances arise.

6. Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Verizon, Total Wireless and its agents to use their name, likeness, and other identifying information for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Limitation of Liability:

By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Verizon, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Verizon, Total Wireless and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages to, or loss of the prize caused by the winner’s actions, including but not limited to theft, neglect, or abuse of the prize.

8. Privacy:

Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of conducting the sweepstakes and will be handled in accordance with the Total Wireless privacy policy.
By entering and providing an email address, participants are agreeing to receive promotional materials from Total Wireless. Participants may opt out of receiving promotional materials at any time.

9. Force Majeure:

Verizon, Total Wireless and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or rescheduling of the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, public health emergencies, or government actions.

Participants acknowledge that this sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Basketball Association, its teams, or any related entities.
